Roberta Isleib is a clinical psychologist who's spent more years in school than she cares to admit (Princeton University, University of Tennessee, University of Florida). She was introduced to the game of golf by her husband and totally hooked not long after. She took up writing articles about golf psychology in order to justify the time wasted maintaining a whopping handicap. Next came her series character, Cassie Burdette, an aspiring professional golfer with a knack for finding trouble and a sports psychologist sidekick to help her sort it out. Writing golf mysteries allows Roberta to combine the things she loves-- psychology and golf.
