Linda Hall is the author of Sadie's Song, Katheryn's Secret, Margaret's Peace and Island of Refuge, the first four books in the Coast of Maine series. Plus, April Operation, August Gamble and November Veil, the first three books in the Canadian Mountie Mystery series, and the futuristic suspense novel The Josiah Files. She has written six non-fiction books in the Lone Pine New Reader series.

She has worked as a newspaper reporter and feature writer and has taught English and Mystery Writing at the college and university levels. She is a member of the Crime Writers of Canada and the Writer's Federation of New Brunswick. Linda is also in demand as a special speaker and workshop leader for various writer's conferences nationally and internationally.

She and her husband Rik live in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. When she is not writing, she likes to spend time sailing on Gypsy Rover II.
