In the mid-to-late 1980's, a quiet neighborhood in the Tacoma, Washington area was terrorized by the brutal violence of three men. Paul St. Pierre was an alcoholic psychopath with a powerful urge to kill all the time. His younger brother, Chris, committed unspeakable acts to be one of the boys. Paul's childhood friend, Andrew Webb, took drugs, talked to skulls, and yearned to eat human flesh.
When a friend of Damon Wells, 20, beat one of their friends in a fight, the trio dragged Wells to a deserted beach, where they kicked, punched, and humiliated him before cutting his throat. In another shocking incident, Paul St. Pierre shot and killed John Accord, 22, while Chris and Webb were out. Together, they buried Accord in a shallow grave, returning later to cut off his head and put it in a bucket of concrete.
It was only a matter of time before this twisted triad turned on each other. Arguing over money, St. Pierre shot Andrew Webb in the stomach. Chris St. Pierre decided he'd had enough and called the cops. And while he and Webb, who survived his attack, were sentenced to life in prison, Paul St. Pierre choked to death alone in his jail cell.
