Born in Baltimore, MD, Beth attended school in Pekin, IL, Baltimore, MD, and Washington, DC. She is a Cum Laude graduate of Illinois Benedictine College, where she majored in Business Administration. She is a member of Mystery Writers of America, Sisters in Crime, Love Designers Writers' Club in Calumet City, IL, and is now the full-time author known as Hotclue on the Internet. Beth has spoken at numerous writers conferences, guest-lectured at Purdue University and Moraine Valley College, appeared on the Cathy OMalley and Judy Markey WGN Radio Show, the ABC Evening News, various other radio and television shows in the Chicago area, and has been featured in numerous newspaper articles both local and nationwide. Beths books include: Night Sounds, Booklocker,com; Diamonds, Leisure Books; All That Glitters, Ivy Books; and Count On Me, Harlequin Superromance. Beth resides in Lansing, Illinois, with her husband, Stan, two cats: Jessica Fletcher and Beemer, and a full contingency of porcelain dolls, all of whom help with her writing in various ways. Some correct her grammar, some laugh at her punch lines, but most of them are just there to keep her company while she writes. And yes, she does talk to them.
